our same-day delivery is what sets us apart from other boutiques in the area. it is our mission to bring your recently purchased styles to your door on the same day you bought them! we'd be happy to work with your schedule and accommodate even the most urgent deliveries! choose DELIVERY at checkout.
we will only offer same-day delivery to those living within our 10-mile radius from the showroom (616 brookline boulevard). however, if you live reasonably outside of our range, we would be happy to schedule you for a delivery for an additional charge- just send us a message through the contact tab, live chat, or instagram DM.
do you love the posh local's bold styles, but find yourself living outside of the burgh? posh local will officially be shipping orders anywhere in the US. we know how much it sucks to wait 5-7 business days for your orders to arrive, so we ship everything out SAME-DAY and it's always PRIORITY mail! just choose SHIPPING at checkout.

returns / exchanges can be processed in store, or may be shipped back to us at your cost.
we will exchange your item for another size of the same style while supplies last. exchanged merchandise will be picked up at the time of the second scheduled delivery. you will be charged a delivery fee for the delivery/pick-up for the exchanged merchandise.
items being exchanged must be unworn, in original packaging, and must be exchanged within 3 days of your original purchase.
we will also accept returned merchandise that is unworn and in original packaging within 3 days of your original purchase. you will receive a coupon code that can be used as store credit for your next purchase.
items that were shipped can be returned within 3 days of receiving your package (we have your tracking number on file). you will be responsible for shipping the item/items back to us and we are not responsible for any lost or delayed shipments. once we receive your returned item, we will either issue a store credit code or if you're exchanging, we will ship out the desired item. we cannot ship out a new size or replacement item until we receive the returned merchandise.
we reserve the right to modify our return/exchange policy at any time.
once you fill your shopping bag with the latest styles, we'll just need some info from you [you know, the typical name, address, email stuff]! we are now accepting payment through our square credit card processing system, OR you can skip the hassle of entering your card number by paying your invoice through venmo or paypal! to pay for your order through venmo or paypal, please choose "manual payment" when ordering. once your order is placed, our venmo/paypal accounts will be displayed (venmo: @poshlocapgh, paypal: email@example.com). please pay the amount listed on your invoice, including any delivery charges as soon as you are finished placing your order. we won't deliver your order until we receive your payment!
