OUR POLICY:

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. However, being a small business, we are unable to offer cash/credit card refunds. All returns must be exchanged for store credit only. All returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Clothing must have original tags attached and will not be exchanged if worn, washed, or damaged. Original receipt/packing/and-or return label must be provided in order to return items. It is our right to determine eligibility for returns and to modify our policy at any time.

 

All jewelry, hats, intimates, swimwear, & markdowns/sale items are final sale. *

Store credit + Gift Cards are able to be used on MARKDOWNS + IN-STORE SALES, but are not able to be used on social media/online FLASH SALES that only last a short, specific period of time.

RETURNING IN STORE:

You can bring your items to our store front in Brookline for in person returns/exchanges. Showroom hours vary, but our 10 day return policy will remain in place. Please follow our instagram account where weekly showroom hours will be posted. Typically we are open Friday + Saturday afternoons. If you are unable to return to the store within our 10-day return window, please consider mailing your return. 

MAILING A RETURN BACK?

You can either ship a return back to us using whatever courier you choose or contact us to provide a prepaid shipping label.  $8 return label cost will be deducted from your refund using the prepaid label. Otherwise, shipping fees are at the cost of the customer and will not be refunded for any reason. If exchanging for a different size, we will ship the new size to you complimentary, as long as the size is available and we receive your returned item within our return window.
